By accessing this site and signing up for our early access list, you agree to provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years of age to subscribe to our communications.
Signing up for our waitlist does not guarantee access to specific products or releases. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the early access program at any time without notice.
Our jeans sizing survey is provided to help us plan production quantities and is offered for informational purposes only. Submitting a size does not reserve stock, guarantee availability, or constitute a purchase, pre-order, or any form of contract between you and Beautiful And Afraid.
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and most countries in the European Union (not currently Cyprus, Luxembourg or Malta). The countries available are shown at checkout. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) for UK deliveries, in euros (€) for deliveries to the European Union and in US dollars ($) for deliveries to the United States. The currency you will be charged in is shown at checkout. Pulsar Clothing Limited is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged by us. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
Delivery within the UK is free and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed For. International orders are sent by tracked UPS service with signature required. The international delivery charge depends on the destination country and the weight of your cart, and is shown before you pay. Orders over 10kg cannot be placed online for international delivery; please email [email protected]. Our first batch ships in early December. Where a product page shows an expected dispatch date, see Section 5A.
A contract of sale is formed once we confirm your order by email after payment is successfully taken. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example due to a pricing or stock error, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Delivery times and tracking information provided are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by our couriers or postal service that are outside our reasonable control.
When a product page shows an expected dispatch date, your order will be dispatched on or around that date; our first batch is expected to dispatch in early December. Dates are an estimate. If we expect the dispatch date to slip, we will email you, and you may cancel your order for a full refund to the payment method you used.
International orders are sent Delivered At Place (DAP). This means the price you pay to us does not include import duties, customs taxes (such as import VAT or sales tax), or courier handling and clearance fees. These are set by the destination country, are charged by the courier or customs authority, and are payable by you when your parcel is delivered. We cannot tell you the amount in advance and have no control over it.
You must tick the box at checkout to confirm you understand this before you can place an international order.
If you refuse to pay these charges, or the parcel cannot be delivered for any other reason within your control (for example an incorrect address or no one available to sign), the parcel will be returned to us. Once it is back with us we will refund the price you paid, less the cost of return shipping and any courier return fees. We never refund import duties, taxes or fees you paid, or were charged, in your country, because these are paid to the courier or customs authority and not to us.
You are responsible for checking whether your item can be imported into your country.
If you are a consumer ordering from the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You can cancel for any reason, without giving a reason, at any time from when you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods. To cancel, contact us using the details in Section 9, then return the item(s) to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Change-of-mind returns: if you cancel or return an item because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the item until we receive it. Items should be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached where applicable; we may reduce your refund if an item has lost value because it was handled more than was needed to inspect it.
Faulty or misdescribed items: if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us and we will pay the cost of returning it (or arrange collection). Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods are separate from, and not affected by, the cancellation right described above.
EU customers: if you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To withdraw, contact us using the details in Section 9 before returning anything, then send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of return shipping. We will refund the price of the item(s) plus the standard outbound delivery you paid, within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back or evidence that you have sent them. We do not deduct any UK import charges arising on the return.
US customers: although there is no legal right to cancel in the US, we offer a courtesy return within 14 days of delivery. You pay the cost of return shipping. When the parcel arrives back in the UK, we will deduct from your refund any import charges, duties or courier and clearance fees we are billed for it. The original outbound shipping charge is not refunded. We refund the rest once we have received the item(s), using the payment method you used.
Returned goods (all international returns): please contact us first and use our return instructions. Mark the parcel "Returned goods" and include the order number.
Refused or undeliverable parcels: see Section 5B.
Once we receive your returned item(s), or evidence that you have sent them, we will refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery cost you paid to receive them (but not any extra cost of a faster delivery option you chose), within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay, via Stripe.
This cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
